ONLINE EDUCATION SEMINAR WAS HELD WITH TURKISH SWIMMING FEDERATION

Turkish Anti-Doping Commission and Turkish Swimming Federation organized an online anti doping education seminar on June 9, 2020 at 17:00 on Zoom platform with 68 participants for athletes and athlete support personnel by the Turkish Swimming Federation’s moderation. Within the scope of combating doping, Turkish Anti-Doping Commission’s General Coordinator Prof. Dr. Rüştü Güner informed participants about; case examples, risks of nutritional supplements, Republic of Turkey Ministry of Health’s mobile application usage for prohibited medication and/or substance check, a Therapeutic Use Exemption (TUE) process, health problems that may occur by the use of doping and the seminar was ended by answering questions of the participants.
